    End Of Adsense Arbitrage

Finally our prayers of honest Adsense earners has been answered - it seems that Google finally starts to shutdown accounts of those Adsense Arbitrageurs as reported by SeroundTable.

How does Adsense Arbitrage work? An example would be paying $0.10 per click on Adwords and then make a profit of an average $0.30 per click with Adsense. This way they could earn a profit of average $0.20 for each click. Expand the number of clicks and you can easily earn a fortune. However these MFA sites are an eyesore and a menace for those wanting a good internet experience and they really put down the quality of Adsense ads. Advertisers are also made to pay for unwanted clicks since users are usually ‘tricked’ into clicking these ads.

    One Adsense Arbitrageur commented that

They told me my account will be disabled at 1st June, and also added that I’ll receive payment for all outstanding earnings in accordance with the standard AdSense payment schedule.

The email came out of the blue and Google explains that the business model is not a good fit for Adsense. Some of these publishers are reported to earn $70,000 per month or more. Hopefully we ‘honest Adsense earners’ gets to see an increase of CPC after these terminations. Expecting official word on this from Google soon.

Well let’s hope that it will work out better for all of us! Google definitely needed to do something. I have wanted them to increase the size of the competitive ad filter forever!
